Okay, so I have not been updating this thing like I should. I started to put more effort into updating AAA’s presence on f*cebook, and ended up neglecting this website. Well, I’ve largely given up on the world’s premier social network, so here we are revisiting the missing greeting cards I make every year. Enjoy!

Thread on converting offices to housing. I was partially involved in converting the Book Concern Building in SF into housing. A lot of pre-war buildings would be easier to convert, but they have structural issues and are not as empty as some of the newer buildings
