AAA has a new project under construction at The Sea Ranch in Sonoma County. This two-bedroom house has been designed to incorporate a number of Passive house strategies to achieve a Net Zero Energy design. A spacious south-facing deck connects the residence to the studio on the right.

East Bay AIA Home Tours
Our nearly completed residence will be featured in this year’s East Bay AIA Home Tours on Saturday, August 8th.
