JOR O Residence Jones, Partners: Architecture Hillsborough, California 2000-2002 This project for a new 2500 sq ft speculative house is on a challenging hillside site. AAA is developing a cost-effective solution for building on this site that will address the unique challenges of hillside design as it affects foundation design, vehicle access, yard space, and seismic issues. City approval to construct this project will require satisfying the requirements of the Mt. Washington Specific Plan.
